Cannot recommend Dr Louise & the team enough. They made my 4 year old so comfortable. We were so conscious of how she would react to having some work done but Louise had built such a rapport with her that she couldn’t wait to go back. Massively thankful for her.

From start to finish my experience with Epic has been amazing! The interior and layout is absolutely stunning, and the girls working there have went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have left my treatment today with the most natural results that I never thought I could achieve but Louise made it possible. Could not be more thankful to Louise and the girls at Epic and can’t wait to visit again!

My experience with Epic Dental was amazing from start to finish. Dr Louise and all staff at Epic are exceptional at what they do. They always made me feel so welcome. Being a mummy to two small children and having a 50 minute commute to Epic Dental, the staff were always so accommodating to facilitate appointments around my busy schedule. I am delighted with my dream smile and I will be recommending Epic Dental to everyone I know.

Just finished my Invisalign with Dr Louise and could not be happier. I got the Ruby package and right from the first consultation I had I knew I was in great hands! Just 6 months later and I have my dream smile! Absolute top class treatment from beginning to end.
I walked into the stunning practice for my first appointment with Louise to look at my teeth and some of my concerns and left that day having booked in to have my composite bonding done a few weeks later. During the process Louise shared all my options and explained everything in detail which really helped me make an informed decision. The staff at Epic dental really helped me with clear breakdowns of my payment and what that would include. Fast forward to today and I’ve just walked out beaming ear to ear with my new smile. I’m so happy with my teeth, they are even nicer than I could have imagined. I have now registered as a patient / client with Epic dental for all my dentistry needs. I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

First things first.. the clinic is absolutely breath taking!! But that’s not where it stops, the staff are amazing. I had treatment done with Dr Louise to tweek a little bit of my smile that I have been self conscious about for quite a while now, she explained everything to me in full detail, made me feel so welcome and understood. My results were far better than I had ever expected, I was delighted! Reception staff are so attentive and talk to you like you’re a friend, makes them little nerves people may have melt away. I couldn’t recommend Epic Dental Lisburn enough and would encourage anyone who is thinking of enhancing their smile to at least book a consultation, you won’t be disappointed.

Epic dental practice is a beautiful premises teamed with the most lovely, professional staff from the receptionists to the dentists. Dr Louise saw me for my initial consultation and she was so informative and I was thoroughly impressed with the state of the art dental suites and equipment. The 3D view of my teeth was the first I had ever seen and it really gave me the true picture of what needs done going forward. I had some dental procedures and also attended the hygienist Alfa who was excellent.This dental practice will go far and is the way forward for dental procedures and surgery in the future in Northern Ireland. I have every confidence that they will reach their goal of capturing the confidence of a wide range of people. This practice can turn your frown into a wonderful big smile!!

The surgery is beautifully decorated with the most modern equipment. I’m now excited for getting my teeth sorted and no longer fear going to the dentist.

I had a recurring tooth ache - After several frustrating consultations with my regular dentist (not epic) over a period of several months, I decided to look for another opinion (epic dental)
I made contact with Louise (treatment co-ordinator) who was able to put me at ease and explain in layman's terms what the issue may be and the step-by-step process on evaluating and resolving the issue. Very helpful and friendly. With short notice, Louise was able to schedule me an appointment with the dentist (also named Louise).
On arrival to the office I was blown away by the immaculate cleanliness of the place and the grandeur of the interior design - all screamed top quality.
Louise (dentist), was very friendly and explained every step of what she was doing - keeping me involved/informed every step of the way.
She was able to rectify my issue the same day and after almost a week, I haven't had any further issues.

Louise and the team are absolutely amazing! You are always greeted with a warm welcome and friendly face. The new premises is beautiful and so thoughtfully designed with tea coffee and drinks on arrival. Louise is unbelievable at what she does, she is so knowledgeable and professional yet so friendly and genuinely wants the best for each and every patient to help them reach their dream smile. I am currently half way through my treatment with Louise, getting Invisalign and composite bonding. I cannot fault the experience I have had and would highly highly recommend Epic dental. My experience at Epic Dental has been fantastic. All of the staff are super warm and friendly. Epic Dental is stunning, it is like walking into a Spa, it is such a Vibe! Dr Louise is phenomenal, I cannot believe the results from getting 8 Composite Veneers. She really is ahead of the game. Dr Louise is kind, funny, honest and professional and she was able to achieve the smile I wanted, that other dentists said I couldn’t, she is extremely skilled! If you want a smile to match your personality don’t hesitate to go to Epic Dental, I highly recommend and I will be continuing to attend this luxurious Dental Practice with their membership.

Louise and the team at Epic Dental are fantastic and a pleasure to visit (which is not something you hear often when discussing the dentist!). I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and had some composite edge bonding to finish my smile and couldn’t be happier.
The team are professional, yet down to earth, and will answer any questions and address any concerns. The team were so good I’ve now brought my mum for treatment and she’s excited to get started.
The facilities are state of the art and the decor is beautifully designed and welcoming. If you are thinking about it, just give them a call - you won’t regret it!

Even as someone who has struggled at other practices, Louise was very knowledgeable and able to guide me through processes I’ve had issues with previously. The consultation was very detailed with state of the art technology to provide an in depth analysis of the treatment required, alongside easy to understand explanations on how everything was going to work.
