Will I feel pain during a tooth extraction procedure?

Our highly trained team of dental professionals always ensure you are fully numb around the area where the tooth is being removed before starting the procedure. If at any point you feel any discomfort, we tend to immediately stop and reassess, sometimes we may just have to give slightly more anaesthetic!

Can I be put to sleep when having my tooth taken out?

This is certainly an option which you will have to be referred to hospital to have the procedure carried out under ‘General anaesthetic’. Although we find majority of our patients can happily manage to have the procedure carried out comfortably with sedation or even just a simple local anaesthetic.
