As an employer, you can increase retention and recruitment of staff whilst also motivating and valuing your existing team, with minimal admin and the maximum on return on investment. There is no price that can be put on the benefits of an Epic Dental Membership.
You can also consider offering memberships fully paid, partially paid, taken out of employee monthly earnings depending on such things as levels of service, staff grade etc – this is up to you!

Please note: Dental Plan Membership is for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to cancel your membership within the year, any savings made must be paid in full. You must also be dentally fit to join the practice. The 20% discount is only applicable for treatments under the cost of £600 and is not applied to treatments such as dental implants, orthodontics, periodontics, and facial aesthetics.
